Complete Back to School Forms
Families may complete the required Back to School forms through PowerSchool.
Free and Reduced Price Meals
Parents who believe their children may be eligible for free or reduced-price meals should complete the forms and return them to their children's schools. Only complete one application per family.

Health and Safety Guidance
Mandated vaccines can be obtained from pediatricians or primary care providers. If your student does not have a primary care provider, the Alexandria Health Department has immunization clinics.
