Online Calendar of Events

The ACPS online calendar of events is posted at http://www2.acps.k12.va.us/events/. It includes PTA meetings, school activities, awards programs, School Board meetings and much more. The community relies on this calendar not only to stay informed about events that interest them, but also to avoid scheduling conflicts as they plan their own events, so it is extremely important for schools and PTA groups to help us keep this calendar up-to-date. Use the form below to submit an event. Events for submission must be sponsored by an ACPS school, department or PTA group and will be reviewed before being posted on the ACPS Web site. If you have any questions, contact the ACPS webmaster. If you have a large number of events to submit, you may instead download the Excel template to complete.
