Home » Graduation Requirements and Planning
Planning your child's middle and high school program of studies is essential to ensure your child's success in meeting graduation requirements under Virginia's Standards of Learning, preparing for the future, and exploring his/her talents, abilities, and interests. Our planning guides are designed to provide you and your child with information about academic requirements and options to assist in the planning process.
Parents are urged to work together with their child in developing a school career plan that will prepare him/her for graduation, for further education, and for the world of work. School counselors are available to assist you in making course selections appropriate for your child's future. Please make appointments with the school counselors as needed for assistance.
Students enrolled in TV production classes produce the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce's annual technology award video.
