Three-year Plan
The three-year plan is a broad look at our scheduling and topics. We will develop this plan in collaboration with our external partners. The challenge will be to coordinate, integrate and synchronize the five areas for implementation.
For the 2011-2012 year, the committee is combining the salary and career-ladders group. Additionally, our pace is impacted by member participation. We ask that members meet regularly so that we can cover all areas simultaneously.
