Breakfast and lunch are served every school day. Parents and guardians are welcome to eat lunch with their child. Children are not permitted to leave the school building during lunch. Menus are sent home and are also available on the ACPS Web site. Parents are encouraged to pay for their child's meals in advance using the computerized cafeteria accounts. Checks can be made payable to the Cora Kelly cafeteria. Be aware that no refrigeration is provided in the classroom for lunch brought from home and no glass bottles are permitted in school.
Applications for free and reduced-cost meals are sent home in the beginning of the school year or can be obtained from the front office and filled out at any time. For more information, visit the ACPS School Nutrition Services Web pages.
