The Virginia PTA/PTSA requires that our bylaws be updated and submitted for review every five years. Douglas MacArthur Elementary PTA's Bylaws are due for revision this year (view the draft bylaws). Our bylaws, with some revisions, must be approved by our PTA membership. The updated bylaws will be presented to the PTA membership at the February general meeting, made available for review on the PTA website and set for a vote at the April general meeting.
