Individualized Achievement Plan (IAP)
This year, every student will have an IAP (Individualized Achievement Plan) for English and math success. IAPs will be developed collaboratively with the student, parent, math teacher, English teacher and school counselor. The IAP team will take stock of the student's current abilities and areas for improvement. By the end of the school year, all students and parents will have participated in this process, which will result in a set of specific actions for students to achieve their best.
We have high hopes IAPs will create a more individualized learning experience for all students and serve as a roadmap to success, division-wide.
