Nominate an Outstanding ACPS Educator for Agnes Meyer Award
Nominations are being accepted for Alexandria City Public Schools' (ACPS) entry in the 2013 Agnes Meyer Outstanding Teacher Awards sponsored by The Washington Post. Any teacher with five years of experience, including at least three years with ACPS, is eligible for nomination, which may be made by teachers, students, former students, parents, administrators or the general public. Teachers may not nominate themselves. Please read the contest's Nomination Criteria and Nomination Process before submitting nominations. Only nominations that meet the required criteria and include all required materials will be accepted. Nominators do not need to submit photographs of the nominees. Nominations are due by Thursday, Jan. 3, and each must include the name of the nominator and a contact phone number and e-mail address.
