As part of the Spring Intersession program at Samuel W. Tucker Elementary School, students will be participating in a transportation fair. The school is looking for a wide variety of unique vehicles to line the parking lot adjacent to the school. The event will take place from 12:30 to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 13.
Students will be directed through the different vehicles and have an opportunity to listen to the individual supervising each vehicle to learn more about the vehicle and its uses. Students may also get the opportunity to either touch or go inside some vehicles.
If you or your organization is interested in being a part of this great event, please contact Intersession Coordinator Kate Graham at Tucker at 703-933-6314 or by e-mail at .
The Spring Intersession theme, "Wherever you go, you'll always be a tiger!," will celebrate the school's 10th year of learning and growing together.
Students enrolled in the licensed practical nursing program fulfill their clinical experience in area hospital and nursing home facilities.
