National High School Center - Early Warning System

T.C. Williams High School and the National High School Center, in partnership with the Appalachia Regional Comprehensive Center (ARCC) and Virginia Department of Education (VDOE), have developed a collaborative project to identify dropout factors and take corrective actions in order to retain students in school and increase graduation rates. The project will focus on the implementation of the Virginia Early Warning System (VEWS) Tool, and focus on supporting high schools implementing an early warning system through the framework of research, design, and development (RD&D) processes.
