Important Dates

Distribution of Caps and Gowns

May 18, 2012, during lunch periods in the auditorium lobby. Caps and gowns will cost $50 after May 18.

SOL Testing/Final Exams

SOLs: May 29-June 8; Finals: June 11-13

Senior Recognition Night

June 11, 2012, 7 p.m., auditorium

Senior Trip

June 13, 2012, Kings Dominion; Buses leave school at 8:30 a.m., cost TBD.

Rehearsal and Picnic

Friday, June 15, 2012
Rehearsal: noon to 1:15 p.m.; meet in auditorium.
All graduating seniors must attend rehearsal.
Graduation tickets will be distributed after rehearsal. Each student will receive four tickets for the gymnasium and three tickets for overflow seating. A picnic will follow in the field next to the garage.

Graduation Day Events

Graduation, Saturday, June 16, 2012, 10:40 a.m.
Gerry Bertier Gymnasium, T.C. Williams High School
All seniors must arrive promptly by 9:30 a.m. and report to the second floor.
Doors open for guests at 9:30 a.m.
Gymnasium doors will close at 10:30 a.m.
Processional Begins at 10:40 a.m.

All-Night Graduation Party

Saturday, June 16, 2012, 11:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.
Chinquapin Recreation Center
Doors close at midnight.
Ticket prices (includes t-shirt, swimming, games, food, etc.):
$25 before May 31: by mail and at lunches on May 16 and 23
$30 before Scholarship Fund Awards, June 6; June 5, 7, 11 at lunches; June 15 before rehearsal (gym)
$35 at the door, cash only
