    SPECIAL COVID-19 CRISIS NOTE:

    ALL ACPS SCHOOLS AND OFFICES ARE CLOSED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE 2019-2020 SCHOOL YEAR.  WE ARE  CURRENTLY  NOT ACCEPTING ANY ITEMS (EXAMPLE: TRUMPET) AT THIS TIME. 

    IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO DONATE TO A SPECIFIC SCHOOL OR SCHOOL PROGRAM, WE ARE ABLE TO ACCEPT FINANCIAL DONATIONS ONLY THROUGH OUR CREDIT CARD OPTION (OPTION 1). 

     


     

    ACPS welcomes donations from individuals, PTA, boosters, organizations, corporations and community groups. Thank you for your interest in donating to ACPS. We appreciate your support! All donations are tax deductible.

     

    When you are ready to donate, follow these simple steps:

     

    Step 1

    Review Policy KH: Public Donations to the Schools (PDF) and Policy KH-R: Regulations for Public Donations to the Schools (PDF) for important donation information and guidelines.

     

    Step 2

    Complete and submit the Donate to ACPS form.

    *We currently have several options to submit your donation information and payment.   See below for those options.

     


     

    Option 1:  To donate online by credit card, please click the button below.

    This option takes you to a secure online donation by credit card system.

    Option 2:   To donate by check or money order, please click the button below.

    This option will require you to mail or drop off the check or money order to ACPS.

    Step 3:

    After submitting the donation form, you will receive an email from the Office of School, Business and Community Partnerships within 3 business days regarding your donation and next steps.  If you have any immediate questions, please feel free to contact us.
