    ACPS welcomes donations from individuals, PTA, boosters, organizations, corporations, and community groups. Thank you for your interest in donating to ACPS. We appreciate your support! All donations are tax-deductible.


    When you are ready to donate, follow these simple steps:


    Step 1

    Review Policy KH: Public Donations to the Schools (PDF) and Policy KH-R: Regulations for Public Donations to the Schools (PDF) for important donation information and guidelines.


    Step 2

    Complete and submit the Donate to ACPS form.

    *We currently have several options to submit your donation information and payment.   See below for those options.



    Option 1:  To donate online by credit card, please click the button below.

    This option will take you to a secure online donation via credit card system.  




    Option 2:   To donate by check or money order, please click the button below.

    This option will require you to mail or drop off the check or money order to ACPS.






    Step 3:

    After submitting the donation form, you will receive an email from the Office of Community Partnerships and Engagement within 3 business days regarding your donation and next steps.  If you have any immediate questions, please feel free to contact us.
