    I did not receive a letter with my Securly login information. What do I do?

    Please email aaa@acps.k12.va.us if you did not receive a letter with your login information.

    I received a letter from ACPS but I no longer use the email listed in the letter. How do I change it?

    Log into PowerSchool. Click on “Update Contact Info” and edit your email. Within 48 hours you should receive a new welcome email from Securly. You will then be prompted to create a new password. If you need assistance in logging into PowerSchool, please email aaa@acps.k12.va.us.

    I received a letter but never received a “Welcome” email from Securly. What should I do?

    If you have not received a “Welcome” email from Securly to the email address listed on your Securly letter, first check your spam folder. If you still do not see an email from Securly, email help@securly.com.

    Can I add personal devices to the Securly app?

    This app is for ACPS issued Chromebooks only. However, Securly does offer parents home solutions. For more information, visit the securly website at https://www.securly.com/securly-home.

    If I have trouble with the app, who do I contact?

    My student seems to be accessing websites that aren’t showing up on Securly, what should I do?
