Karleasia Geter-Norman

Karleasia Geter-Norman is a familiar face to many at John Adams. She has been a substitute here for the past two years, and we serve as her children’s home school.  In prior years, she has shared her talent and passion for dance with John Adams’ students as the leader of the after school dance club, Eagles United

Ms. Norman attended American Intercontinental University, where she studied Marketing and Fashion Design. Her avid volunteer work with homeless shelters in the community has earned her several awards, including Volunteer of the Year in 2015. Her dedication to the community continues through her role as program director of a non-profit youth dance organization. These diverse experiences help prepare her for the role of your child’s second grade teacher, and we look forward to the fresh perspective she will bring into the classroom.
