For Public Comments at regular School Board Meetings
Use the Public Comments for School Board Meetings form to sign up to give public comments in-person or through Zoom. The deadline to sign up is by noon, the day prior to the meeting.
Public Hearing Comments on Specific Topics
Public Hearings are for the purpose of receiving public comments on specific topics. Only comments related to the public hearing will be heard. To sign up to speak at a specific public hearing, or to submit written comments on the public hearing topic, follow the link in the public hearing listing on the ACPS Calendar.
Online, Written Public Comments to be publicly posted
If you wish to provide written public comments to be posted on a School Board Meeting Agenda, use the Public Comments for School Board Meetings form. Comments received by noon on the day prior to the meeting will be posted for the next day's meeting. Comments received past the deadline will be posted for the next meeting.
