Linking Instruction Nurturing Knowledge (LINK)
LINK Club is a free afterschool program offered at select ACPS schools and community sites through funding provided by the U.S. Department of Education—21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) grants. LINK Club promotes equitable educational opportunities for disadvantaged students through the provision of activities that complement school day learning. Homework help and academic coaching is provided by ACPS certified teachers and a variety of fun and engaging enrichment opportunities help to nurture students’ natural talents. In addition to promoting academic achievement, LINK Club aims to enrich the overall growth and potential of students through social-emotional supports. The program is by invitation only and based on student and family needs.
