• If your child was recently referred for Talented and Gifted (TAG) services through either the automatic referral process or a referral was submitted for him/her/them, Alexandria City Public Schools requires permission for screening. In addition, if you would like to provide additional information about your child, please complete the optional parent/guardian questionnaire. Your TAG Designee will send out a letter by November 19, 2021, on how to access these forms via PowerSchool or if you need a hard copy.
