ACPS 2030 Strategic Plan

Shaping the Future Together: Development of the ACPS 2030 Strategic Plan

The Shaping the Future Together: Development of the Alexandria City Public Schools (ACPS) 2030 Strategic Plan webpage is where the community will find updates, materials, and opportunities to engage with us as we develop our next five-year strategic plan. Building on the solid foundation of "Equity for All 2025," our goal is to continue focusing on equity while enhancing and revising our plan to guide ACPS through 2030.

Overview

We have partnered with Deliver Ed, an external vendor specializing in strategic planning, to assist in the facilitation and management of creating an updated five-year strategic plan. Engagement efforts have begun and will continue throughout the 2024-25 school year, with final approval by the School Board scheduled for May 2025.
