Help us celebrate the work of Alexandria City High School (ACHS) Tri-M Chapter #8759 on winning the 2025-26 State Tri-M Chapter of the Year Award for Virginia. On behalf of the National Association for Music Education (NAfME) and the Music Honor Society Advisory Council, the ACHS chapter was recognized for their outstanding contribution to their music program, school and community. Chapter advisor, ACHS Orchestra Director Veronica Jackson, was also commended for her dedication to supporting the high school’s student leaders.

The ACHS student members worked tirelessly to support, promote and perform throughout the school and the surrounding community under the leadership of their student chapter officers.
