ACT for Alexandria Family and Student Survey

ACPS families, we want to hear from you! Help ensure all young people have the supports necessary to succeed in school and work.

ACT for Alexandria partners with schools, city government and nonprofits to amplify the work of the community and bring people and resources together. ACT created a survey to learn more about what programs exist, how people hear about them and what could better prepare youth  in Alexandria for future work.

The survey includes questions about your family’s experiences with youth employment, internships and/or career preparation programs for your student(s). We want to learn more about what programs exist, how you heard about them and about how we can help prepare your student(s) for joining the workforce. There are no right or wrong answers to the questions and not all questions need to be answered. All responses will remain anonymous and will not be shared with anyone. In as little as 10 minutes, you can take the survey online, which is available in English, Amharic, Arabic and Spanish, so you can complete it in your preferred language. 

Students are also strongly encouraged to share their voice by completing this survey, available in English, Amharic, Arabic, Dari and Spanish as well.
