Robert Giulian is the new dean of students at Patrick Henry K-8 School (Patrick Henry). "Mr. Giulian's promotion reflects not just hard work, but a passionate commitment to serve others. With his fresh vision and unwavering dedication, he steps into leadership ready to inspire, uplift and transform the community he so deeply cares for,” Patrick Henry Principal Kenard Robinson said.

Giulian joined the Patrick Henry faculty in August 2021 as a seventh-grade social studies teacher. In this role, he distinguished himself as an innovative and compassionate educator, fostering a learning environment that was not only academically rigorous but also inclusive and responsive to the diverse needs of his students. He consistently prioritized student voice and agency, designing lessons that encouraged critical thinking, collaboration and civic awareness. Beyond the classroom, Giulian was known for cultivating a safe, supportive and high-energy atmosphere, where every student felt seen, heard and valued.

Giulian’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in History Education from Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania. He furthered his professional training by earning a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from George Mason University, equipping him with the theoretical foundation and practical tools necessary to excel in educational administration.
