ACHS Titian Head

2026 Spring Sports Awards Ceremony

Join Alexandria City High School (ACHS) for a night of celebration at the 2026 Spring Sports Awards Ceremony. It is scheduled for Mon., June 1, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the ACHS Auditorium.

Jeffrey Deane Memorial Scholarship

The Jeffrey Deane Memorial Scholarship honors Jeffrey Deane’s legacy by expanding access to lacrosse, academic enrichment and leadership opportunities for student-athletes in under-resourced communities. The scholarship supports student athletes across Washington D.C., Maryland and Northern Virginia who demonstrate financial need, academic commitment and participation in lacrosse.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Financial Need - Applicants must demonstrate financial need through one of the following:

  • Tax return.
  • Free or reduced lunch eligibility.
  • Financial aid letter.

Lacrosse Participation - Applicants must remain rostered on a:

  • School lacrosse team.
  • Recreational team.
  • Club team.
  • Travel team.

Academic Commitment

  • Minimum 2.8 grade point average (GPA).
  • Academic transcript or report card required.

Conduct Standard

  • Students must remain in good behavioral standing at their school.
