Complete Your Back to School Packet by Sept. 30, 2022
All families need to ensure that Back to School forms for their students are complete by Sept. 30, 2022, so that schools have the information needed for every student. We ask families to please confirm emergency contacts, update children’s health information and relay any opt-out preferences, among other items of importance in these packets.
English- and Spanish-speaking families with an electronic device should use the links below to fill out the necessary forms in PowerSchool:

We also encourage our Amharic- and Arabic-speaking families to request a printed Back to School packet from their children’s schools or access the Amharic and Arabic forms online. English- and Spanish-speaking families without an electronic device can also request a printed packet from their school or access the English and Spanish forms online. Completed forms should be delivered to the school’s front office.
Please note that current information from the previous school year will remain in each student’s account. Reviewing this at the start of the school year is important so that families can verify that ACPS and the schools have the most up-to-date information for every student.
