Complete Your Back to School Forms and Help Us Start the Year Off Strong
All Alexandria City Public Schools’ families play an important role in getting the new academic year off to a successful start. That is by completing the first homework assignment — Back to School forms for each student — to be submitted by Sept. 30, 2022.
These forms can easily be completed online using the PowerSchool Parent Access portal where you can confirm such information as emergency contacts, update health information and opt-out preferences. If your information has not changed from the previous year, please verify its accuracy so we can all be assured it is the most up-to-date information for each student.
For our English and Spanish-speaking families with an electronic device, use the links below to fill out the necessary forms in PowerSchool:
To fill out your Back to School Forms log into your Parent PowerSchool account. If you need assistance setting up your Parent PowerSchool account please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or reference PowerSchool help.
Our Amharic- and Arabic-speaking families can either download and complete a printed Back to School packet that is available online in Amharic and Arabic or request a packet from their children’s schools. English- and Spanish-speaking families without an electronic device can also download and complete a printed Back to School packet that can be found online or request a printed packet from their school in English and Spanish. Completed forms should be delivered to the school’s front office.
