Engage in Your Student’s Education by Completing Back to School Forms Online

Do you want to feel empowered and engaged in your student’s education? Using PowerSchool to verify your student’s Back to School forms is the first step in playing an active role in their education. Completing these forms by Sept. 30, 2022, ensures that teachers and staff have accurate contact information to engage with families about academic progress and support needed from families for student success.

All you need is one login and password to connect to PowerSchool Parent Access, the online portal where you can update your contact and other important information. Even if your information has not changed from the previous year, we need you to verify its accuracy and make any needed updates, especially when it comes to emergency contacts and student health information.

For our English and Spanish-speaking families with an electronic device, use the links below to fill out the necessary forms in PowerSchool:

To fill out your Back to School Forms log into your Parent PowerSchool account. If you need assistance setting up your Parent PowerSchool account please contact aaa@acps.k12.va.us or reference PowerSchool help.

Our Amharic- and Arabic-speaking families can either download and complete a printed Back to School packet that is available online in Amharic and Arabic or request a packet from their children’s schools. English- and Spanish-speaking families without an electronic device can also download and complete a printed Back to School packet that can be found online or request a printed packet from their school in English and Spanish. Completed forms should be delivered to the school’s front office.
