Recreation, Parks & Cultural Activities TEENS Block Bash
Do not miss out on the fun! Save the date for the City of Alexandria Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities (RPCA) Teen Block Bash on Sat., Aug. 16, 2025. This ultimate end-of-summer party for middle and high school students celebrates summer one last time with music, games and a lot of fun before heading back to school. This send-off to summer is among the fun, safe and age-appropriate activities offered through RPCA Teen Connect for youth, ages 11-17.
Block Bash is set for Aug., 16, 2025, starting with a pool party from 4:30-6 p.m. at the
Old Town Pool, 1609 Cameron St. Then, from 6-8:30 p.m. there is a skate party at the
Oswald Durant Center, 1605 Cameron St.
The event is free and includes food, a DJ, prizes, an obstacle course, activities and more. Participants also have the chance to win a $100 Nike gift card, if they RSVP using the
Teen Program Registration Form, but you must be present to win.
