Summary of Community Meeting to Discuss 1703 N. Beauregard St. Building

The Office of Capital Programs, Planning and Design hosted its first virtual community meeting about the recently purchased property at 1703 N. Beauregard St. on Mon., Dec. 5, 2022. The building will be used as a swing space during the modernization of George Mason Elementary School and Cora Kelly School for Math, Science and Technology. The project team presented the anticipated timeline and addressed community questions, including the budget, student transportation and campus logistics. The design phase is ongoing, and more meetings will be scheduled in the coming months to gather community feedback.
