Video: Filling out Back-to-School Forms is Quick and Easy!

PowerSchool, the student information system we use at Alexandria City Public Schools, makes filling out Back-to-School forms quick and easy. To further assist families, we have created instructional videos in English and Spanish that walk you through the process. Please ensure all forms are completed by Sept. 30, 2023.

If you need assistance setting up your Parent PowerSchool account, please complete the Parent Access Form. Families who speak Dari, Amharic or Arabic can download the forms as PDFs.

Families who may qualify for Free and Reduced Price Meals (FARM) and whose children do not attend a Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) school are asked to complete a FARM application online in English, Spanish, Amharic or Arabic. Families who speak Dari can fill out the form in the Back-to-School packet.
