Complete Your Staff Trainings

All Alexandria City Public School (ACPS) employees are required to complete annual compliance trainings through the Vector Solutions training platform. This year’s compliance training topics include: cultural competence, workplace injury prevention, COVID-19 awareness and Title IX basics.

Employees may have different training requirements depending on their nature of work. To access the training dashboard, click on the link provided in the body of the email or by visiting http://acps-va.safeschools.com/login. To log into your Vector account, use your six digit ACPS employee ID number as your username. Once you are logged in, you will see a dashboard with your assigned trainings. Each assignment provides a brief description, an estimated completion time and due date. Staff are required to complete each training by the scheduled due date.

Additional training may be assigned at later points in the year. If you have questions about training requirements or issues with the Vector platform, please email employeerelations@acps.k12.va.us.

ACPS has also arranged for our vendor Meridian to make school visits throughout the school year to provide staff with copier training. Training sessions can be scheduled for staff based upon their availability. To schedule training sessions or report copier training issues, email  ACPS@whymeridian.com
