Help ACPS Create a New Employee Portal by Sharing Your Feedback
The Office of Communications has been working to launch the new ACPS internal portal. The ACPS internal portal will transform the employee experience by serving as a single-source hub for ACPS staff to access all division-wide communication in a centralized location. The internal portal will not be a part of the public-facing website and will require an ACPS email address to log in and view information.
The goals of the internal staff portal are to:
- Provide all ACPS employees with a single-source hub for all information pertaining to ACPS staff.
- Strengthen communications among departments, offices and schools.
- Improve the employee experience by sharing information, updates and news and engaging staff throughout the division.
- Provide a streamlined set of HR tools to assist employees, starting from their initial on-boarding process and continuing throughout their tenure with ACPS.
- Host all professional learning tools and training services in a centralized location.
The Office of Communications is seeking staff feedback via the ACPS Internal Portal Feedback Form now until Fri., Jan 27, 2023, to assist in understanding what content is important and useful to your daily work as an ACPS employee as they continue to plan out the structure of the internal portal.
