Important Information About Your December 2022 Paychecks
Beginning Thurs., Dec. 22, 2022, all ACPS schools and offices will be closed for Winter Break until reopening on Tues., Jan, 3, 2023. As a result, the ACPS Department of Financial Services will be working on a payroll schedule this month that is different from the regular schedule.
Full-time employees, both exempt and non-exempt, will receive their first December paychecks on Thurs., Dec. 15, 2022. The last December paychecks will go out the following day, Fri., Dec. 16, 2022, for the pay period that would normally end on Dec. 31, 2022.
Casual hourly employees (those who are non-contract) will only receive payment for the period from Dec. 1 through Dec. 4 on Dec. 16. Payment for work done between Dec. 5 and Dec. 15, as well as for Dec.16-31 will be included in the first payroll in January, scheduled this year on Fri., Jan.13, 2023.
