Video: New HelpDesk Process and Instructions

The new ACPS HelpDesk is here! As announced in the Dec. 9, 2022, issue of ACPS Insider, beginning Mon., Jan. 9, 2023, the Department of Technology Services (Tech Services) will officially launch a new ticketing system. Staff will no longer have to request assistance through email. All technology requests should be submitted via the new online portal which can be accessed by logging on to https://acpsva.incidentiq.com using your ACPS Google credentials.

The Tech Services team has created a set of video tutorials with step-by-step instructions that will be distributed via email on Fri., Jan., 6, 2023 to familiarize staff with the new system. The first video gives you a tour of the dashboard.

To get started, head over to the login page and enter your ACPS Google Drive credentials.
