In the May 12, 2023, issue of the ACPS Insider newsletter, the Department of Technology Services announced that the Alexandria City Public Schools (ACPS) email system is transitioning to Google. The anticipated go-live date is Fri., June 2, 2023. Once the transition is complete and we have officially launched, staff will be able to use Google to access their ACPS email account and calendar. There will be no changes to your email address and staff can continue to log into Google to access Google Drive.
If you do not know your ACPS Google Drive password, email google@acps.k12.va.us as soon as possible, so you can access your email and calendar on the go-live date. Please note that your Google Drive is the same as the password you use to access Google documents.
