Make your nomination today for the 2023-24 Alexandria City Public Schools (ACPS) Vision, Integrity and Passion (VIP) awards! Each year, the VIP Awards program honors outstanding employees who work every day to make a difference in ACPS. Nominations are now open for the transportation, nutrition services and building engineers category. Staff can nominate a colleague from this category through Fri., Sept. 29, 2023, using the online VIP nomination form.
Any school division employee may submit a nomination for one colleague per award cycle. Staff who have received a VIP award during the first two years of this program are not eligible in the 2023-24 school year. Award winners are honored at their worksites and receive a special ACPS gift. They are also personally invited to the following week's School Board meeting where they are publicly recognized and announced to the entire school division.
