Deadline Today (Jan. 27, 2023): Share Your Feedback for the New ACPS Employee Portal

Today is the last day to submit your feedback via the Alexandria City Public Schools (ACPS) Internal Portal Feedback Form. Your feedback will assist in understanding the content that is important and useful to your daily work as an ACPS employee. Hearing from staff across the school division will help the Office of Communications develop an internal portal that is tailored to the information needs and interests of ACPS employees.

The ACPS Office of Communications continues to plan the structure of the new internal portal. The ACPS internal portal will transform the employee experience by serving as a single-source hub for staff to access all division-wide communication in a centralized location. The internal portal will not be a part of the public-facing website and will require an ACPS email address to log in and view information.

The goals of the internal staff portal are to:

• Provide all ACPS employees with a single-source hub for all information pertaining to ACPS staff.
• Strengthen communications among departments, offices and schools.
• Improve the employee experience by sharing information, updates and news and engaging staff throughout the division.
• Provide a streamlined set of Human Resource (HR) tools to assist employees, starting at their initial onboarding and continuing throughout their tenure with ACPS.
• Host all professional learning tools and training services in a centralized location.
