Rent School Space

Alexandria City Public Schools (ACPS) welcomes the general public to share in the use our public facilities.  ACPS facilities are available for use by the community during non-school hours.  Groups must obtain a use permit and information on the process for facility rentals as outlined in regulation to the Community Use of School Facilities Regulations and Application (KG-R).  Anyone wishing to rent an ACPS facility must complete the online rental application (KG-R) at least 20 days prior to the requested rental date. Please note that individual/non-group usage of outdoor tracks, fields or courts does not require an application or permit.

 Parker-Gray Stadium Use Requests

In order for your Facilities Use Request for Parker -Gray Stadium to be considered and potentially approved, your organization would have to agree to abide by the following rules and regulations (as part of a Consent Decree):

The use of sound systems/ amplification equipment is strictly prohibited.  This includes:

  • Boomboxes/ Portable Sound Systems
  • Radios
  • Cowbells
  • Noisemakers
  • The use of the stadium lighting system is strictly prohibited
