  1. UnitedHealthcare POS (Point of Service Plan)
  2. UnitedHealthcare QHP (Qualified Health Plan) with a Health Savings Account (HSA)
  3. Kaiser Permanente HMO

What's New:

  • This year, ACPS will experience rate increases across all health plans, including UHC POS, UHC Qualified Health Plan, Kaiser Permanente HMO, CareFirst Dental and EyeMed Vision. For detailed information on the updated rates, please refer to the FY 2026–27 Health Insurance Rates.

  • Also new this year effective July 1, 2026, prescription drug coverage will transition from CareFirst to United Health Care (UHC) Optum Rx.
