Partnership Data
We recognize how important it is to access performance and demographic data that can help with grant applications, progress monitoring, and impact reflections.
If you have a data request that is not student-specific, please email taneika.tukan@acps.k12.va.us with the specifics of your request.
If you have a data request that is student-specific:
- 1. Download and print ACPS Parent Consent Forms as needed.
- 2. Have the parent/guardians sign the consent form and return it to you.
- 3. Fill in the Parent Consent Excel Sheet with the information requested.
- 4. Send in parental request forms.
- 5. Confirm that the documents were received.
