Ask ACPS

Ask ACPS makes it easy to engage with ACPS leadership

Asking questions and sharing feedback are signs of engaged families and staff and great schools! Ask ACPS makes it easy for families, students, staff and community members to engage with ACPS leadership on a range of division-wide issues.

Have a question, concern, or comment you want to share with ACPS leadership?

Simply fill out the form below or email ask@acps.k12.va.us to share your concern or comment. We’ll make sure it reaches the appropriate staff and that you get a timely response. For school-specific questions or communications concerning your student, please continue to contact your child’s teacher, school support staff or the front office related to your student.

Note: Ask ACPS is monitored 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.

Emergencies, instances of bullying and other crises should be reported via the ACPS bullying and crisis Tipline.

Alexandria Safe Place is the City's 24 hour hotline to report bullying or crisis events. To access immediate help and support for young people (age 5-18) call 703-746-5400.
