School Social Workers

Promoting student wellbeing and school success

School social workers are trained mental health professionals who promote students' mental and emotional well -being and advocate for their successful participation in school. School social workers can assist with mental health and behavioral concerns, reduce barriers to learning, and serve as a liaison between the school, home, and community.
