Homeless Education Liaison Program (HELP)
ACPS is dedicated to educating children and youth experiencing homelessness. Attendance in ACPS is free to school-age persons living with a parent, guardian or a person acting in place of a parent in a homeless situation. Attendance is also open to unaccompanied as well as migratory youth. ACPS coordinates the identification and provision of services to such students with relevant local social services agencies and programs, and with other school divisions as necessary to resolve interdivisional issues.
