This virtual session, presented by the ACPS Department of Student Services and Equity, will focus on social-emotional supports available for ACPS students. Implementation of the Devereux Student Strengths Assessment (DESSA) and the telehealth service for students, Hazel Health, will be discussed.

The DESSA-mini tool helps evaluate how frequently a student has displayed specific life skills over the past month. Through Hazel Health, virtual therapy appointments are made available for students, so they can speak with a licensed therapist at no cost to families.
