Athlete Registration Philosophy

In order to ensure the safety of all our student-athletes at Alexandria City High School, they are required to have a physical form on file as well as they must complete the online registration process before they can participate in any athletic tryout, practice, voluntary workouts, or games.

It is important that this entire registration process must be completed. If all pages are not complete with valid signatures where required, the physical will not be considered valid and your student-athlete will not be allowed to participate in any sport. After registering and turning in your VHSL physical form you will be notified of your approval status.

Athlete Registration Process

  1. Visit the A.C.H.S. Registration website and use the first half of your student email address as their “Student ID” when registering (e.g., jp12345). Follow all directions and check all appropriate boxes.
  2. Turn in your yearly VHSL Physical Form to the Athletic Office. VHSL Physical Form is Below. This form can now be uploaded directly into the Rank One Sport Program.

All Athletes must provide insurance information on Rank One and VHSL Form. Student Insurance plans are available at www.studentinsurance-kk.com. The School District is Alexandria City Public Schools.
