Information about Specific School Board Advisory Committees

If you are interested in serving on one of the School Board Advisory Committees, please complete the application form below. You must respond to each required question (indicated with an asterisk*) for your application to be considered. Please be advised that the information you provide in your application may become public information.

Prior to applying, we ask that applicants do a small amount of information gathering. Please review the Scope of Work, most recent Annual Report, and meeting schedule for the committee(s) for which you are applying.  This is available on the committee's website.

Before you begin, please have on hand the names and phone contact info for three people who can provide a reference on your behalf. If you have any questions, contact the Clerk of the Board.
