On Monday, October 5, 2020, we met with the Citywide Planning Team from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. The focus of this meeting was to share updates on division planning around scheduling, student and staff safety, and overall logistics for the transition to in-person learning, and for individuals to share their questions and reactions to this across the Citywide team.
Stakeholders Involved: ~35 Elementary Citywide staff and division leaders.

Next Steps: The questions and reactions raised at this meeting will be brought to Thursday’s Division Transition Team, as well as to specific SLT members who oversee instruction, communication, health and safety, nutrition, and transportation. Elementary Cityside staff will also work with school administrators to identify the next steps around student scheduling, along with surveying K-2 families to gauge their comfort with sending their child back to school.
