Students, please be on the lookout for an email from either: no-reply@moovelna or dashbus@alexandriava. The email contains access to a Titan DASH pass/ticket on your phone for the school year. Please only use your school email to create your profile.
To activate your DASH pass/ticket, please use the attached slides. This service is a privilege and should be taken seriously as you ride. A DASH driver may ask to "see your phone," and you might have to put it in his/her hand for a minute. However, this does not imply that they will take your phone, only that they need to verify your ticket. As you can not use a screenshot of the ticket, nor should you share a screenshot of your ticket with others; it must be live and working for the DASH operator to allow you on the bus. Please also note, this is not access to METRO. Only the Alexandria DASH system. If you have questions, after attempting to activate it using the slides from the presentation, please reach out to KSDASH@acps.k12.va.us or MHDASH@acps.k12.va.us; depending on your home campus, you may need to contact either email address. Please do not create duplicate accounts. If you do not see the Titan DASH pass in your account by March 10th, please send an email to the emails listed above.
