  • The application process will be open until September 6th.  Students need to be seniors to apply and already have their driver's licenses; their driver's license number is required on the application and will be verified when students go to pick up their permits.  The lottery will be run on September 7th for the 175 spots offered on the Chinquapin Loop.     High profile acts of violence, particularly in schools, can confuse and frighten children. The National Association of School Psychologists provides Tips for Parents and Teachers on how to talk with children about violence.

  • Aidan White is now moving on to the national competition for National History Day! On Saturday at the state competition in Richmond, he took first place in the Individual Performance category and earned a special award from the Sons of the American Revolution.

  • German Scholarship Awarded to Meredith Lemke

    Senior Meredith Lemke has been awarded the Congress-Bundestag fellowship for the 2018-2019 school year. She is the 2nd T.C. Williams winner in the past five years. 

    This scholarship cover round-trip airfare, room and board with a German family, orientation in Germany and cultural excursions. As a Congress-Bundestag alum Meredith will be admitted into the U.S. Department of State’s Alumni Community and invited to apply to internships available to alumni, opportunities to further your language study, fellowships abroad, independent grant opportunities and more.

  • Homegrown Titan and 1974 T.C. graduate Michael Hughes returned to his alma mater 25 years ago as the head track coach. He has just been named 2018 Winter All-Met Coach of the Year for Boys Indoor Track and Field by The Washington Post.
